Home again and connected, and ready for some good old r+r after a day of gritty sweat and getting my literal house in order, such as I don't care to replay any time soon. As I amazoned my way through things, I was reminded again of how and why it was just a fact that I was in great shape when my own kids were little. It doesn't take much time with Gavin before the muscle memory begins to regenerate.
I've relocated to here (from netomat) and from here will keep you posted about workshops and so on, so you might want to bookmark this site. While I don't have any news for you yet about a session starting, you might like to make use of some of the features available to you, such as the links (left sidebar). My personal favorite is the fitness link.
You can write me from this site easily, also. While you're at it, why not consider publishing your own blog? I intentionally chose this site for its ease of use with you in mind. You see, it's going to be hard to avoid the blog format -- you already have noticed, no doubt, that the forum and community/bulletin board type of tools have declined in number and accessibility and service considerably, right? Blogging's become the Internet users' communication axis of choice and this is where the support and development lies (here and beyond) so it's a good time to get acquainted.
So ends my news; I'm off for a delicious-smelling spinach and artichoke stromboli Cass has brought back for me from our favorite decadent Italian eatery (can strombolis and pizzas, et al be considered decadent?)
Stay tuned . . .
Peg
